As reported in this March 1, 2019 US News & World Report post, the Kansas Supreme Court has ordered a lower court to try again (third-time!) in sentencing a man convicted of “Aggravated Sodomy”

Friday’s high court decision stemmed from 2013 case involving Wyatt Brown, who was convicted of aggravated sodomy.
