From the Nevada Secretary of State website:

Eligibility Status for Individuals with Prior Felony Convictions

Any Nevada resident who:

  1. Was discharged from parole or probation before July 1, 2019;
  2. Is not serving a term of imprisonment on July 1, 2019; and
  3. Has not already had his or her right to voter restored
  4. Is immediately restored the right to vote as of July 1, 2019. These individuals are eligible to register to vote using any of the currently available voter registration methods.

As of July 1, 2019, in Nevada, those convicted of a past felony crime and have been released from parole and probation can have their voter rights restored. Read the particulars of the new Nevada law restoring Voting Rights here.
