According to Registrant Travel Action Group (RTAG), the Central America Country of Belize has implemented an IML policy that turns away travelers with the unique passport identifier as a sex offender. Nothing else has been reported on this story but check RTAG’s website for the Travel Matrix for a list of countries banning sex offenders from entry.
In other news from RTAG:
Mexico Travel. RTAG has engaged a Mexican Law firm for legal action in Mexico to bring suit against the Guardian Angel Program. This will broaden, hopefully, to perhaps define more specific criteria to reject “covered individuals” that may allow a narrower interpretation. Also we hope to educate the in-place Airport immigration staff on the nature of Angel Watch. I will have more details when we have the law firm committed.
