Repeal Adam Walsh Act

Contact your state representative and ask them to repeal the Adam Walsh Act today.

Free birds flying away

Politics is an emotion-driven human endeavor like many of our journeys through life. The current laws intent on preventing the next horrific act against a child are proof that just about all of us are appalled by these sociopathic, antisocial acts committed by deranged individuals.

However, as evidenced in the data collect on crimes, the one-size-fits-all emotion-driven response to sex crimes is not the best, most rational answer to this dire issue. I urge everyone to familiarize themselves with the research we have collected here in this website to better inform yourself and your elected officials about the need to reform how we manage those with the sex-offender label that protects public safety, where needed, and allows for the potential to be a productive, non-labeled member of this society.

Please look at the research, share it with your family and friends, and most of all, let you elected officials know that the current one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work for clothing size, education models, nor rational public safety policy and ask them to support the repeal of the Adam Walsh Act.

Here is a link to an interactive map of Nevada with both state and national political districts. Click on your area and a popup with your representatives information will appear.

Fantastic Tara. Please encourage others to read, educate themselves, and notify their respective elected officials of their wishes to encourage rationality. Thank you.

I have written emails to every state rep. To the AG, to the Governer, even to the president and I will not stop. This is unfair and has caused my husband to lose his job and have our family face homelessness due to lack of income. I will not stop writing and I will not give up

It’s possible if by some miracle it gained enough support. The attorney who led the fight against this horrible law got exemption for her clients that were part of the lawsuit/repeal and then backed away from the fight completely afterwards.
